Nice way to start the year....

First week of the New Year proved that we are still on the right track to being a professional team in Track and Field, with great performances from Anthony, Isaish, Lalonde, and Troy in their individual events, performances that improve week after week.

In the Mix: As of now we are nationally ranked, in bout individually and as a collective group. Lalonde is currently third on the world list with his performance of 21.23 in the 200m and the club is 2nd ranked in the nation with a time of 3:12.72 in the 4x400m, Just behind Peen State with a time of 3:11.83.

This was a great way to start off the year, now we must keep up the momentum as we progress. Until next time....

Now that 2010 is over, it is now time to start 2011 on a high note by showcasing your competitive talents on one of the top northeastern meets to start of the year at the NY Armory (Metropolitan Coaches Invite). Those that are running, remember to stay focus and trust in your abilities, a trust that will gear you to a great performance. Until next time....
